She has gained valuable knowledge and understanding regarding all the regulatory compliance audits assigned to her, including but not necessarily limited to, lending regulations, such as the SAFE Act, the Truth in Lending Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and the FACT Act. Amanda has also worked on key deposit regulations, such as the Truth in Savings Act, Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and the Expedited Funds Availability Act.  She has also worked on other regulations, including Privacy of Consumer Financial Information, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Consumer Protection in Bank Sales of Insurance, among other regulations.

With the experience gained over her first two years, Amanda now can “solo” certain lending and deposit regulation audits, as well as, taking on certain project management roles in planning, reporting and exit meetings. With both her educational and competitive drive, Amanda has developed into a strong team member for the KS Compliance team.

Prior to Kendrick Services, Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington during which she was also a four-year student athlete playing NCAA Division I volleyball. Since then, she has trained many volleyball athletes to be successful players over the past 10 years before transitioning into her current role as a Compliance Auditor at Kendrick Services. Amanda lives in College Station, Texas.
