Marketing Manager
Jason Paul Kendrick joined Kendrick Services in 2025. He took over the marketing team in 2026, bringing a strong background in real estate, marketing, and business development to the company. In his role, Jason oversees the marketing efforts for Kendrick Services, including the company’s social media presence, digital marketing, branding, and overall promotion of the business.
Jason attended Texas Lutheran University (TLU), where he was also a member of the university’s basketball program. His collegiate experience helped develop the leadership, communication, teamwork, and competitive skills that continue to shape his professional career.
Jason is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, a profession he has practiced since 2013. His real estate experience includes residential real estate, assisting clients with the home-buying process, supporting loan-related needs, and conducting Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs). He specializes in researching market data and developing detailed reports to help clients better understand property values and make informed decisions throughout the real estate process.
Through his combined experience in real estate and marketing, Jason brings a unique perspective to Kendrick Services. He uses his knowledge of the housing and lending industries, along with his marketing expertise, to help strengthen the company’s presence and connect its services with clients and industry professionals.
Jason and his wife and daughter reside in San Antonio, Texas.
