Didi Gardner

Mrs. Gardner joined Kendrick Services in 2022.  Her primary responsibilities lie within the Compliance and Loan Review realms. Didi brings strong bank compliance, loan review and operations experience to our practice. Prior to her association with Kendrick Services, Didi was a Senior Loan Reviewer with CliftonLarsonAllen for 4 years. With CLA she assisted with Loan Review audits for bank and credit union clients. This entailed the (1) completion of review line sheets for commercial and consumer borrowers with relationships from $50k to over $10 Million, and (2) conducted financial analysis and cash flows, reviewed property appraisals and collateral valuations, loan documentation, credit approval and credit risk rating according to clients’ Loan Policy.

Prior to CLA, Mrs. Gardner was a Senior Credit Analyst at Lindell Bank in St. Louis, MO, for 14 years. There, she performed all credit analysis functions for commercial loans, including underwriting, financial analysis of borrowers and guarantors, relationship and collateral analysis. She developed templates for loan underwriting & trained other Credit Analysts. And previous to this, for 4 years, Didi was a Commercial Credit Analyst at Vectra Bank in Denver, CO., where she performed all commercial loan underwriting functions, including SBA loans.

Mrs. Gardner and her husband also own a small residential real estate investment company, Black Lab Properties LLC.  Since inception in 2004, the company has held rental and/or flip properties in seven different states.  They currently hold an active rental property in Cadiz, KY.

Mrs. Gardner is a CCBCO (Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer). She obtained a M.B.A. in Accounting & Finance from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. Didi and her husband currently live winters in Englewood, Florida. Summers are divided between Nashville, TN and Cadiz, KY.
